When I saw this house asleep, I wanted to wake up and give him back his soul from the past. This home welcomes you as a family home, full of charm, or each apartment broadcast a warm atmosphere.
Today’s house has been completely redone for nine in three apartment type F3.
They all have air conditioning in every room, a kitchen equipped, a living room with a sofa bed (160) and two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160) and the other with two single beds (90).
Modernism brings some comfort but what is important is the independence of each apartment or one respects the privacy of each.

All having sea views over the Gulf of Valinco, everyone can develop his well-being. All have a special charm:
  • Caroline’s roof, the second floor with its stone walls, witnesses of the past but also a breathtaking views of the valley of Tavaro with a prospect offering to all.
  • Jeannette’s welcome, the first floor with its cocooning side and large terrace so friendly to a family or friends …
  • Mina’s holydays, the ground floor with its proximity to village life and its garden which reminds the old life so close to the earth…
A final charm is that through the works, the house has a water source rare today.

Ayant tous une vue mer sur le golfe du Valinco, chacun pourra y développer son bien être.
Tous ont un charme particulier:
 
  •  Le Toit de Caroline, au deuxième étage avec ses murs en pierre, témoins d'un passé mais également une vue imprenable sur la vallée du Taravo avec une perspective s'offrant à tous...
     
  • L'accueil de Jeanette, au premier étage avec son côté cocooning et sa grande terrasse si conviviale à une famille ou amis...
     
  • Les vacances de Mina, au rez de chaussée avec sa proximité de la vie du village et son jardin qui rappelle la vie d'autrefois si proche de la terre...
 
Un dernier charme étant que grâce aux travaux,  la maison possède une eau de source rare de nos jours.
